SMS Terms
Text messages from Storm Gutter are optional, and you can stop them at any time.
Program
Storm Gutter sends text messages about your estimate request, including scheduling your free on-site estimate, quote and rebate updates, installation reminders, and occasional service offers.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the optional text-message box on our quote or rain calculator form and submitting your mobile number. The box is never pre-checked, and agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can still get an estimate by phone or email without opting in.
Frequency, rates and timing
Message frequency varies based on your project. Message and data rates may apply. We send messages only between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and between noon and 9 p.m. on Sunday (Central Time).
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. We'll send one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (512) 337-3668. To start receiving texts again, reply START.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
